Walton County Sheriff’s Office reported the following community alerts for Sept. 9, 2015. Please note an arrest or charge does not constitute a conviction.

Zone 1
Burglary- A residence off McDaniel Street homeowner reported their residence was burglarized. Forced entry was made through the bedroom window and multiple items were taken from the residence. Scene turned over to criminal investigations.
Burglary- A residence off Highway 138 homeowner reported their residence was burglarized. Forced entry was made through a window in the rear of the residence. Multiple items taken including a gun, safe, numerous electronics and jewelry. Scene turned over to criminal investigations.
Accident/Arrest- Jon Ford was arrested in the area of Chase Wood Drive for Driving Under the Influence following a single vehicle accident.
Zone 2
Fraud- A residence off Mt. Paran Church Road caller reported numerous unauthorized transactions on their bank account.
Zone 3
Accident- Deputies responded to an accident in the area of Highway 78 and Snip Dillard Road. No life threatening injuries. Georgia State Patrol handled the scene of the accident.
Extra Patrol- Extra patrol was requested in the area of Stillbrook Drive in reference to a unknown subject cutting a patio screen and setting off the alarm at a residence in the area.
Zone 4
Suspicious person- A residence off Phillips Court homeowner reported an unknown black female was in their yard with a stick yelling at them. Homeowner never made contact with the female and left the area. Deputies checked the area. No contact.
Accident- Deputies responded to an accident in the area of Highway 78. No injuries. Walton County Sheriff’s Office handled the scene of the accident.
Theft- A residence off Jack Glass Road resident reported someone took their confederate and don’t tread on me flags from their front porch.
Zone 5
Firework Complaint- A residence off Cliff Top Drive numerous residence in the area reported hearing explosives. Contact made with suspects and they were shooting off fireworks.
Accident- Deputies responded to an accident in the area of Bay Creek Church Road and Shiloh Road. No injuries. Georgia State Patrol handled the scene of the accident.
Zone 6
Arrest- Tommy Vazquez was arrested at a residence off Cobblestone Way for Reckless Conduct following a dispute.
Accident- Deputies responded to an accident in the area of Centerhill Church Road. No injuries. Georgia State Patrol handled the scene of the accident.
Fraud- A residence off Lance Lane caller reported fraudulent check had been written from their bank account.
Fraud- A residence off Sunny Hill Drive caller reported fraudulent charges on their credit card.
Zone 7
Accident- Deputies responded to an accident in the area of Leona Avenue and Park Street. No injuries. Georgia State Patrol handled the scene of the accident.
