Monroe PD Reports: Tipsy woman annoyed ‘sneaky’ boyfriend didn’t get her permission to go to bathroom

Monroe Police Department responded to the following calls between  Sept. 2 – 28, 2016. This report is split into six parts due to the length. This is the second part for this period. Please note an arrest or charge does not constitute a conviction.

  • Suspicious vehicle @ Felker Park – Made contact with 4 juveniles out past curfew. Contacted parent who arrived and took the juveniles home.
  • Domestic @ Ridge Rd – male and female subjects were verbally arguing over infidelity issues. Parties were separated. Incident documented.
  • Underage consumption at Fuzions – Subject was of legal age but did not have his ID with him. Subject left the premises.
  • Domestic at N. Broad St – Ref mother wanting a report due to her son possibly stealing her jewelry and collectors coins. Domestic occurred on South Broad St.
  • Domestic at E. Marable St – Complainant advised she was tipsy and didn’t like how her boyfriend went to the bathroom without her permission, being sneaky.
  • Burglary at E. Marable St – Victim had her Television (65inch R.C.A) stolen. Unknown serial number.
  • Traffic violation at Hwy 11/Louise Dr – Ref Keion Kelly transported to Clearview Regional Medical Center for eating marijuana. Cited for D.O.C and Possession Of Marijuana less than ounce
  • Domestic at Young Pines – Intoxicated female stated she was kicked out of her home and didn’t have a place to stay.  Further investigation revealed the female left on her own and opted to return to her residence. All ok.
  • Loud music at Green St – Intoxicated subject on location playing his TV and radio loudly. Subject was advised to turn down all music. All ok.
  • Suspicious Person, West Spring St., Contact made with male subject who was walking to work at Home Depot.
  • Suspicious Person, Davis St., Caller advised of possible squatters in residence. All doors and windows secured with padlocks/plywood. Possibly getting in through floor. No one found on location.
  • Suspicious Person, West Vine St., Complainant advised a white male and female on location looking in vehicle. Subjects left in a white Ford F-150
  • Warrant Service on Court St., at the Farmers Market. Marion Glen Newman on location with a valid arrest warrant out of Athens-Clarke County for Terroristic Threats and Harassment. Subject arrested without incident and taken to Walton County Detention Center.
  • Burglary, Towler St., Cabinets, tiles and vents taken out of a trailer. Possible suspect – named. Driving a white Jeep type vehicle, unknown tag number
  • Stolen Vehicle, West Spring St., Walmart. Elderly male, advised someone stole his truck while shopping. Subject’s vehicle was located parked on another row as he forgot where he parked.
  • Dispute, West Marable St., complainant advised her neighbor tossed water at her cat. The neighbor was GOA upon officer arrival. Advised of remedies.
  • Suspicious Person, Lacy St., An unknown female advised approximately 10 subjects were in the roadway gambling. Officer was on location and did not observe anyone.
  • Warrant Service, Royston Johnson in room #108 with an active failure to register as a sex offender out of Barrow County. Subject taken to Walton County Detention without incident.
  • Dispute at Los 3 Amigos –  on location disputing with staff due to her son throwing up on their food and she wanted the staff to replace the food for free, for customer satisfaction. Once she was advised that it wasn’t the responsibility of the staff to replace the food she became disorderly and was arrested.
