Officials with Monroe Fire Department report that a woman was transported to Clearview Regional Medical Center with minor injuries after running down an embankment near the Waffle House off Spring Street in Monroe early Tuesday morning.
According to Lt. Bill Owens with MFD, the single vehicle wreck happened at about 12:20 a.m. on Sept. 15, 2015.
