Trespassing– A residence in the area of Highway 83 complainant reported finding two subjects on location without permission.
Safety Check – Walton County deputies conducted a safety check on Highway 83 and Clearwater Drive. Deputies checked for the required driving criteria: valid driver’s license, vehicle registration and insurance. No arrests or citations in reference to this Safety Check.
Zone 4
Fraud– A residence in the area of John Stowe Road complainant reported they deposited a fraudulent check into their bank account for someone they met over the internet. Suspect withdrew money after the deposit had been made and complainant lost contact with suspect.
Zone 5
Scam– A residence in the area of Double Springs Road complainant reported an unknown subject called claiming to be with a federal agency and were requesting a social security number.
Arrest– Misty Johnson was arrested at a residence in the area of Bold Spring Road in reference to an outstanding warrant out of Gwinnett County.
Safety Check – Walton County deputies conducted a safety check on Highway 81 and Forrest Falls Drive. Deputies checked for the required driving criteria: valid driver’s license, vehicle registration and insurance.
Citations in reference to Safety Check:
- Wesley Brewer was cited from Driving While License Suspended.
Zone 6
Vehicle Accident– Deputies responded to an accident in the area of Claude Brewer Road and Annslee Circle. No injuries. Georgia State Patrol handled the scene of the accident.
Vehicle Accident– Deputies responded to an accident in the area of Tig Knight Road. Unknown injuries. Georgia State Patrol handled the scene of the accident.
Extra Patrol– Extra patrol was requested in the area of Black Fox Drive and Windermere Drive in reference to recent vandalism in the subdivision.
Extra Patrol– Extra patrol was requested in the area of Black Fox Drive in reference to Christmas Decorations being damaged in the area.
Safety Check – Walton County deputies conducted a safety check on Rosebud Road and Escoe Drive. Deputies checked for the required driving criteria: valid driver’s license, vehicle registration and insurance.
Citations in reference to Safety Check:
- Randi Vasquez was cited for Possession of Marijuana Less Than One Ounce.
- Christopher Westmoreland was arrested for Driving While License Suspended and an outstanding Burglary warrant out of Hart County.
- John Manza was arrested for Driving While License Suspended and two outstanding warrants one out of Rockdale County and one out of Pennsylvania.
