Monroe Police Department responded to the following calls between Oct. 30 – Nov. 5, 2015. This report is split into five parts due to the length. This is the first part for this period. Please note, a charge or arrest does not constitute a conviction.
Oct. 30, 2015
0645: Juvenile complaint, 511 Carver Place Apt.-A, 15 yr. old juvenile refusing to go to school. Juvenile had manic episode and struck her head on a door. Subject was checked by EMS and then given courtesy 10/59 to MAHS. All 10/4.
1032: Suspicious Person, 116 S. View Dr. EMS assist, 75 yr. old white female (Ms. O’Kelly slipped while getting from one wheelchair to another. EMS assisted in getting her up and into the wheelchair, not injured all 10/4.
1104: Juvenile complaint, MAHS, SRO advised a juvenile was found with small amount of Marijuana in his pocket. Report taken
1159: Suspicious Person, 19 Magnolia Terrace, contact made with resident all 10/4 unaware of the call.
1201: theft report, 116 S. Broad St. MPD Lobby, Jeffrey Sapp advised his trailer tag was stolen last date from 404 Springdale Dr. Trailer Tag # TL04N74 will be entered on GCIC. Report taken
1205: Agency Assist, WC Sheriff’s Office @ 511 Ash St. Met with deputies in reference to an eviction. All 10/4
1340: Harassment, 838 Storehouse Court, Apt.-C, Tisha Mercado, stated subject named Alex Wilson was hacking into her computer. Contact made with hacker and he refused to give up control advising he was given permission by complainant and now requesting payment. Report taken
1342: Suspicious Person’s, Nowell St. Possible Drug transaction, vehicle white Honda with W/F driver and B/M passenger. Traffic stop on Broad St. Willie Manuel arrested for possession of Crack Cocaine. Driver identified as Susan Faye Hamby released on scene.
1430: Suspicious Vehicle, Pine Park Area, black Monte-Carlo, racing and reckless, with two black males. Negative contact.
1440: Suspicious Person, E. Spring & Midland. Subject on a bicycle with a baby. Negative contact.
1445: Suspicious Person’s X 2, Breedlove Dr. subjects identified as Henrico Wood and Christopher Bishop, Bishop arrested for warrants on probation violation out of Morgan County, also possibly warrants out of Putnum County. Transported to WCSO.
1553: Lost Item Report, 102 Pine View Dr. Nikcolis Smith lost LG Leon Cell phone on school bus. No serial numbers also advised to contact youth middle school and the bus driver, report taken.
1553: Juvenile complaint, E. Marable & Gate wood, Ms. Smith advised her grandson is being unruly. The juvenile’s mother came and picked up child and cancelled officer.
1601: Transport and Arrest from F.I.T. to WCSO, warrants secured for Willie Manuel. Ga. Code 16-13-30 possession of cocaine. See above.
1618: Theft report, 517 Great Oaks Dr. Monroe Pediatrics, Rachell Tallent advised a Samsung Galaxy Note 4 was taken by a juvenile patient. Report taken and attempting to get the phone returned to its owner.
1701: Fraud report, 922 Creekside Way, The complainant Edward Kramer advised, $2136.80 was stolen from his bank account by his care giver. Report taken.
1750: Arnold Point Apartments juvenile complaint. Report of juveniles hanging out near the mailboxes. Juveniles were on the playground playing. All ok.
1850 426-A Irving St child neglect. Jerica Ferguson advised she saw three children at the above location not being fed. A welfare check was conducted and the children were ok.
1900 Arnold Point juvenile complaint. Juvenile said some boys from Asthon point said they were going to jump him when he got off the bus Monday. One of the boys lives at 1066 Ashton Point, negative contact. Advised Kennedy of remedies.
2000 426 C Plaza Dr dispute nonviolent. Enez Lundy advised Penny Watson came to her residence causing a dispute about their sons wanting to fight each other. Parties were separated.
2024 Dispute Mr Quicks Anthony Ansley disputing with clerk. Ansley served with prohibited entry.
2042 assault 103 Cook Place Jeterrius Allen jumped by 3 unknown B/M report taken
2100 Waffle House on 78 Harassment. Pam Cedars said her ex-bfs new gf is driving by her house calling her names. Advised of the good behavior warrant process.
2210 Domestic 540 Roosevelt St between Kimberly Booker and David Richardson parties separated
2120 123 4th St Juvenile Question Subject had a question about someone bullying her. Advised of remedies.
2302 Walmart theft report. Kenneth Johnson lost his cell phone. Requested a report.
2110 506 Ash Ln Claudette Lewis advised she may know who has her TV. advised Lewis to get the serial number from the pawn shop and the location of where the TV may be then to call us back.
