According to family, 14-year-old Kelsey Leann Clark did not get on the school bus this morning and is listed as absent at school. She has not been seen since 5:45 a.m. However, she did not leave with her book bag and it is possible that she was in contact with someone who picked her up.
A case has been opened up at WCSO and deputies have been searching the area around her home. If anyone sees her, they are asked to contact the WCSO at 770-267-6557. Chief Deputy Sheriff Keith Brooks said the teen has been entered on Georgia Crime Information Center’s listing.
“We have turned it over to our juvenile division and it is actively being worked by our School Resource Officer. If anyone knows where the teen is or sees her, they are asked to contact the Sheriff’s Office or any other law enforcement agency,” Brooks said.
Kelsey is a 9th grade student at Walnut Grove High School. According to her family, she is originally from Madison. She is described as 5 foot 3 inches tall, weighing about 107 pounds, light brown hair and brown eyes.
